Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Paws & Claws, every item is uniquely customized and crafted specifically for your order. Because our items are made to order and vary in size and structural design, shipping rates and delivery schedules are tailored accordingly to ensure safe and timely delivery.
1. Delivery Timeframes
Production & Delivery Window: All orders are manufactured and delivered within 10 to 12 business days from the date your order details and deposit are confirmed.
Business Days: Business days are Sunday through Thursday (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays).
Delivery Coverage: We deliver across all major cities and governorates in Egypt.
2. How Shipping Rates Are Calculated
Starting Rate: Shipping fees start from 120 EGP for our smallest items.
Dimensional & Volumetric Weight: Because courier companies calculate shipping based on parcel dimensions (length × width × height) rather than actual dead weight alone, each product has a specific shipping fee tailored to its package size and dimensional weight.
Accurate Checkout Calculation: The exact, final shipping rate for your order is calculated automatically and displayed clearly on the checkout page based on the items in your cart and your delivery address.
3. Order Tracking & Delivery Day
Once your customized item has finished production and passes quality inspection, it will be handed over to the courier service.
The courier representative will call you directly on the phone number provided at checkout to confirm your address and schedule the drop-off time. Please ensure your contact number is active and reachable.
4. Inspection Upon Delivery
We strongly encourage all customers to inspect the outer packaging and verify the physical condition of the product with the courier present before accepting the package.
In the rare event of damage during transit, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
